Located in Mayfair, London, this brand offers a vibrant, lively, and elegant dining environment where guests can experience world-class French cuisine. Led by a team of experts who have worked alongside Joël Robuchon for decades, Robuchon London, a part of Robuchon International, aims to continue the legacy of this influential chef. Joël Robuchon, born in Poitiers in 1945, started his culinary journey at the age of 15. By the 1970s, he had gained fame in Paris for deviating from minimalistic trends in nouvelle cuisine and focusing on hearty, perfectly executed dishes. Eating his renowned mashed potato was described as an "emotional" experience by critics. With numerous Michelin stars and accolades, he shocked the culinary world at the age of 51 by retiring to spend time with his family and explore the world, particularly Asia where he developed a love for Japanese culture. Later, Robuchon returned as a restaurateur, introducing L’Atelier, a refreshing and accessible concept that blended European food with the sociable dining style of Japanese counters. Joël Robuchon passed away in 2018, leaving behind a world record of 32 Michelin stars. Experience the culinary legacy of Joël Robuchon at Le Comptoir Robuchon in Mayfair, where you can savor exquisite French cuisine in a vibrant and elegant setting. ## Industries - 🍔 Food and Drink - 🍔 Restaurants and Delivery _(under Food and Drink)_ - 💎 Luxury - 💎 Fine Dining and Gourmet Cuisine _(under Luxury)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/ledelirobuchonldn) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/ledelirobuchonlondon) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id-5XkgHsB/w/871/h/871/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1706984760815) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Manatee | #9d9d9e | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | | Old Copper | #7c4a33 | accent | ## Fonts - Champagne & Limousines — asset _(custom)_ - Yantramanav — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
