## Description

Rochelle T. Parks is a health and lifestyle educator who helps people make lasting changes to support better health and wellbeing. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience living a renewed lifestyle, Rochelle shares the personal journey that inspired her work: after recognizing how unhealthy eating affected her family, she changed her approach and began teaching others what she learned. Her message centers on prioritizing yourself, building consistent habits, and aiming for progress rather than perfection.

Through her U52 NOW approach, Rochelle encourages people to take small, practical steps throughout the year. She offers a masterclass and a five-day challenge designed to introduce her framework for improving health and releasing weight. The site also features information about Rochelle, her favorite things, health motivation, and ways to work with her. Visitors can explore her apparel, purchase her book, find the Thrive Cookbook, and access coaching opportunities with Coach Ro. Rochelle’s offerings combine encouragement, education, and resources for people who want help deciding where to start and creating a healthier lifestyle.
