# rocksteadyboxinggba.com - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `rocksteadyboxinggba.com` ## Description Rock Steady Boxing Greater Bay Area operates affiliated boxing-based fitness programs for people with Parkinson’s disease at gyms in Albany, Danville, and Hercules, California. The three locations are collectively owned by Coach Daniel Burkhardt and are official affiliates of the Rock Steady Boxing national organization, whose program is dedicated to supporting people living with Parkinson’s. The non-contact training curriculum is designed to help participants improve their quality of life through fitness and boxing-inspired exercise. The organization describes the program as offering hope and points to evidence of progress among participants at different stages of the disease, including the potential to reduce, delay, or reverse some symptoms. It does not present boxing as a cure. The Hercules location opened in January 2020 at The Bar Athletics Club. Classes there were described as 90-minute sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, led by Coach Kim Staggs. The website provides information about how boxing may help, its coaches, online classes, gym locations, and ways to join or contact Coach Daniel. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Boxing _(under Sports)_ - ⛑ Nutrition Diets and Fitness _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/rocksteadyboxingalbany) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id_mm1sLZJ/w/1918/h/874/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793278273272) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id_mm1sLZJ/w/608/h/608/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793278273506) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cherokee | #fdd79a | accent | | Cod Gray | #1e1e1e | dark | | Anzac | #e1a238 | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
