## Description

Rock Tech Lithium Inc. As a cleantech company, Rock Tech is committed to producing high-quality lithium chemicals for electric vehicle (EV) batteries, ultimately serving automotive customers. To ensure transparency and timely delivery, the company plans to establish five state-of-the-art lithium converters, with one in North America and four in Europe, strategically located near its customers. This approach, coupled with a tried and tested production process, enables Rock Tech to achieve fast time to market. By 2029, the company aims to have an annual production capacity of 120,000 tonnes of lithium hydroxide, which will cover approximately 30% of the growing industry demand, making it Europe's market leader. Rock Tech is dedicated to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards and is working on developing a proprietary refining process to further enhance efficiency and sustainability. With its goal to become the world's first closed-loop lithium company, Rock Tech plans to source raw materials from its own mineral project in Canada and also from responsibly producing mines. Join Rock Tech on its mission to contribute to the clean mobility story and shape the future of lithium production.
