## Description

Rock the Race is a cross-obstacle running event based in Würzburg, Germany, bringing participants together for a challenging and community-focused sporting experience. Its course combines running with obstacles that test endurance, strength and coordination, while encouraging perseverance, fair play and mutual support. The main event offers a 7-kilometre course with 25 obstacles, starting in waves from midday at the Viehmarktplatz. A separate 3-kilometre Kids race features around 15 obstacles and is designed for children aged 4 to 14; in 2027, it takes place on the Saturday before the main race. Rock the Race also offers Rock the Work, a corporate team challenge for groups of five or more. Companies can compete to be the fastest or largest team, making the event an option for workplace team-building as well as personal athletic goals. Alongside race registration, the event website provides information, results, photos, live updates and event news. Rock the Race also invites participants to support World Bicycle Relief, a project providing bicycles for children in Africa.
