Since 1997, Rolling Readers programs have spread the joy of reading to children in Title 1 elementary schools.

The organization recognizes the significance of reading as a fundamental skill, vital for educational, professional, and personal growth. By the time students reach third grade, those with poor reading skills tend to fall behind, jeopardizing their future prospects.

Rolling Readers strives to make a difference through their interventions, aiming to alter these distressing statistics while promoting literacy and the joy of reading. With just 30 minutes to an hour each week, volunteers engage students with beloved stories, fostering improved reading skills.
