## Description

Roo is a pioneering veterinary relief platform dedicated to transforming veterinary healthcare by providing freedom, flexibility, and empowerment to professionals in the field. Founded in 2019 by a team of veterinary professionals and innovators, Roo addresses critical issues such as long hours, burnout, and talent shortages faced by veterinary hospitals. By facilitating relief staffing, Roo enables veterinarians and technicians to take control of their careers, allowing them to enjoy a better work-life balance while still delivering essential care to animals.

With a growing community of thousands of veterinary professionals, Roo has successfully provided over 1.5 million hours of relief support. The platform connects hospitals with relief professionals, ensuring that full-time staff receive much-needed time off without compromising patient care. Roo emphasizes transparency and authenticity by allowing users to learn important details about shifts, including pay rates, before committing. Committed to enhancing the overall veterinary experience, Roo also hosts free continuing education events and collaborates with local organizations to uplift the industry. Join Roo today, and be part of a movement that prioritizes both pet health and veterinary well-being.
