Room, The Mindcare Space is a mental health organization dedicated to providing accessible and affordable mental health care. With a team of 5 therapists, we strive to incorporate extensive training, supervision, and research to best serve our clients' mental health and educational needs. Over the course of four years, we have helped over 600 individuals from diverse backgrounds, including marginalized communities, providing tailored support and attention. In collaboration with institutions and organizations across PAN India, we offer psychoeducational workshops and seminars. These initiatives have reached over 1500 participants, totaling more than 50 hours of valuable content. Our overarching goals are to break down financial barriers to mental health care and create a mental-health-friendly community. At Room, our trained therapists provide unwavering support to help you connect with yourself and better understand your emotions. We believe in creating a judgment-free space where individuals can explore their feelings without guilt or bias. Many of the issues we face today stem from unresolved past events, and our therapists are equipped to address the underlying causes of anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders.
