## Description

Roo Running is a Brisbane-based kids’ running coaching service supporting primary school children to become fitter, more confident and more capable runners. Led by coach James, the business offers fun, structured training shaped around children’s needs, with more than five years of youth coaching experience. Its services include before-school running programs delivered through schools and personalised one-to-one coaching. Individual sessions provide focused guidance and immediate feedback, with tailored programs designed around a child’s sport and goals. Coaching helps young runners develop efficient technique, improve pace and performance, and build resilience and self-belief, while keeping training engaging and encouraging. Roo Running welcomes children of different abilities and aims to help them make progress in a positive environment. The service operates across Brisbane’s Northside, with training hours listed Monday to Thursday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Parents can contact Roo Running to discuss their child’s needs or arrange an initial session. Through its work with local schools and students, the business promotes healthy, active lives and supports children in reaching their potential.
