Roška, Secondary School of Economics, located in Ljubljana, has a long-standing tradition of providing education to young individuals since 1920. Our school offers a comprehensive four-year upper-secondary technical program, known as ekonomski tehnik. As the leading institution for modern entrepreneurship, we place great emphasis on nurturing entrepreneurial spirit and fostering creativity among our students. In fact, we have been crowned national champions twice at the Mladi podjetnik contest (National Contest Young Entrepreneur). At Roška, we believe in a new approach to teaching entrepreneurship, which involves implementing the acclaimed d.school method. We strive to prepare our students for the challenges of the 21st century by offering practical and group work opportunities to tackle contemporary social issues. We also prioritize foreign language learning and offer free work placements abroad to enhance language skills. By adopting modern teaching methods and promoting the practical application of knowledge, we equip our students with valuable work experience sought after by employers. Additionally, we maintain strong ties with various companies and institutions to stay connected with the ever-changing labor market.
