## Description

Giles Consulting Group, LLC, led by Dr. Ross Flowers, provides psychology, performance, and coaching services in Torrance and the South Bay of Los Angeles. A licensed psychologist, sport and performance psychologist, international speaker, and author, Dr. Flowers brings more than 20 years of professional experience to work with individuals and teams. His clients include youth, students, amateur and professional athletes, military personnel, coaches, executives, and managers.

The group offers psychological counseling, sport psychology, executive coaching, and professional speaking. Services are customized to address each client’s needs and draw on researched and validated skills and techniques. Clients can develop leadership, communication, and relationship skills; manage stress and conflict; and build motivation, confidence, emotional resilience, and consistency. The goal is to support mental health and wellness while helping clients improve performance in sport, work, and life.

Dr. Flowers also offers concierge-style care, which may be paid for directly rather than billed through insurance, and is in network with some insurance providers. Superbills can be provided for eligible clients.
