## Description

Rossland Curling Society is a community-focused organization in Rossland that brings people together through curling, a social and inclusive winter recreation. Welcoming newcomers and experienced players alike, the Society offers information to help beginners get started and hosts a variety of leagues, programs, and events throughout the season. Leagues include ladies’, men’s, Wednesday doubles, Friday fun, and daytime play, while programs include juniors, Cool Curling, and drop-in curling. The Society also organizes bonspiels, including ladies’, men’s, doubles, heritage, and sturling events, as well as social gatherings such as a curling brunch. Its facility is available to rent for group events, and the Society shares news, curling resources, and community updates through its website and social media. Members and local residents can connect with the board, provide feedback, or subscribe to the email newsletter. The organization also supports local curlers with periodic bulk orders of Goldline and Hardline merchandise. Supported by volunteers, sponsors, and the local community, Rossland Curling Society celebrates the area’s long curling heritage while providing opportunities to learn, compete, socialize, and enjoy the sport.
