## Description

Rotolo’s is a pizza restaurant brand with roots in Baton Rouge, where its first Pizzeria opened in 1996. Built around “good times and great pizza,” Rotolo’s Pizzeria serves families across the Gulf South with homemade sauces, dough made in-house, fresh vegetables, and friendly service. The brand also offers Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, launched in 2016 to bring its pizza traditions together with a creative, scratch-kitchen approach. Craft & Crust features the same authentic sauce and dough, a diverse menu, and more than 30 beers on tap.

Rotolo’s serves customers through locations across several Southern states and beyond, with online ordering and separate menus for its Pizzeria and Craft & Crust concepts. Guests can also join Rotolo’s Rewards through its app, earning Dough Dollars on purchases and accessing member benefits such as a signup offer, monthly points promotions, and a monthly dessert calzone. The company provides information about locations, careers, franchising, and donation or sponsorship requests, supporting both its restaurant operations and community presence.
