## Description

Rosenxt is a Switzerland-based technology company whose work includes developing capabilities for critical infrastructure and energy sectors. Through its UK subsidiary, Rosenxt UK Ltd., the company is expanding its expertise in offshore and subsea technologies. In July 2025, Rosenxt acquired selected assets and talent from Beam, the subsea robotics and engineering firm formerly formed by Rovco and Vaarst. The acquisition was not a continuation of Beam’s former operations; instead, it brings specific technical assets and experienced specialists into Rosenxt’s broader subsea strategy.

Beam had become known for autonomous subsea systems and AI-powered technologies, and Rosenxt intends to build on that technical legacy while evaluating how the acquired capabilities can support future market needs. Its integration plans focus on growth in Aberdeen and Bristol and on developing high-performance solutions for complex subsea environments. Rosenxt emphasizes engineering excellence, operational integrity, stability, and long-term performance, with a forward-looking approach to next-generation subsea technology. The company is part of Rosenxt Holding AG and maintains a presence in the UK and Switzerland.
