Rowntree Montessori Schools is the largest and longest-serving Montessori school in Brampton, Ontario. Since its establishment in 1969, the school has been registered with the Ontario Ministry of Education. With a rich history, Rowntree Montessori School began with just 13 students in a church basement in Bramalea.

Under the leadership of Mr. Joe Essaye, the school experienced significant growth and in 1993, a new campus was inaugurated in Downtown Brampton to accommodate the increasing demand for its services. Currently, Rowntree Montessori Schools operates multiple campuses, including the Central Park Drive campus and the Academy campus.

The Academy campus, the largest to date, offers a comprehensive educational experience for students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8. It boasts state-of-the-art facilities such as science and computer laboratories, a music and arts studio, a library, and a spacious gymnasium with a stage. As a GOLD member of the Ontario Federation of Independent Schools (OFIS), Rowntree Montessori Schools is committed to delivering high-quality education.
