## Description

Rogers–Otsego Youth Baseball Association (ROYBA) is a community-focused, 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to providing young athletes with a positive baseball experience. Its programs include House and Travel baseball, Fall Leagues, and Legion/VFW opportunities, with registration information available for players and families. The association also supports alumni, offers uniforms and apparel, and provides resources such as field information, training, parent guidance, weather policies, and a calendar of activities.

ROYBA’s work extends beyond organizing teams and seasons. Donations and sponsorships help maintain and improve fields, replace and upgrade equipment, provide safe, consistent uniforms, and fund player development. These contributions also support the league’s operating costs and help create a safe, competitive environment where players can build baseball skills, confidence, and teamwork. The organization welcomes community sponsors and notes that employer matching gifts may further increase the impact of donations. Through its programs and community support, ROYBA works to strengthen youth baseball and create meaningful experiences for players and families in Rogers and Otsego.
