## Description

Sarbacane is a brand of Positive Group France, a software publisher based near Lille that specializes in email marketing for small and medium-sized businesses. Its professional email routing solution enables clients to send information by email, while the company’s approach emphasizes responsible communication and compliance with applicable rules. Campaigns are systematically reviewed before they are sent, with particular attention to requirements such as recipient consent and the inclusion of an unsubscribe link. When a campaign appears irregular or non-compliant, Positive Group France may refuse to send it, and its moderation team can provide recommendations to help the sender address concerns. The company also maintains a dedicated process for handling reports of spam and other alleged violations, inviting recipients to submit the message and explain their complaint. Positive Group France is a member of Data & Marketing Association France and adheres to its code of ethics for electronic direct communication. Through these practices, Sarbacane presents email marketing as a service that should be both useful to businesses and respectful of recipients.
