- **Primary alias:** `rpg-history.com`

## Description

RPG History is a community-oriented wiki dedicated to documenting the history of tabletop role-playing games. Its planned coverage includes international commercial and non-commercial publications, as well as the game companies and contributors involved in the hobby. The site is intended to serve as an organized reference for people interested in how role-playing games and their publishing communities have developed over time. At the time of the available site information, RPG History is still under construction. Its pages and examples are being prepared to establish the scope and format of the content it will offer, and user registration is not yet available. The wiki’s current status means its full collection of historical material is still being developed. RPG History presents its content through a MediaWiki platform and states that material is available under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license unless otherwise noted. Its focus is on historical information rather than promoting a specific game or product line.
