## Description

RS Selbstverteidigung is a self-defence and confidence-training provider based in Hannover, Germany, led by Ricardo Savia. Its approach is designed to help people prepare for challenging situations before they arise, develop a stronger sense of personal safety, and respond more calmly under pressure. Savia has created a training concept that draws on techniques from different martial arts, with instruction intended to suit participants regardless of age, gender, or fitness level.

The programme includes self-defence and self-assertion courses for a range of audiences, including women, children and young people, schools, and businesses. Regular youth and adult classes are offered for participants aged 16 and over. RS Selbstverteidigung also provides individual coaching and small-group training by arrangement, as well as birthday events and special workshops. Five- and ten-session cards are available, and prospective participants can sign up for a free trial session.

Through practical training, the brand aims to help participants build self-confidence, self-esteem, and a positive awareness of their bodies.
