## Description

The Renaissance Society of America (RSA) is a scholarly organization that connects thousands of researchers and students worldwide who study the period from 1300 to 1700. Its mission is to advance learning and encourage a deeper, broader understanding of Renaissance studies through publications, conferences, and year-round programs. The RSA organizes annual meetings and other scholarly events, including its upcoming Philadelphia 2027 conference, providing opportunities to present research, exchange ideas, and build professional networks across disciplines. Its publications include Renaissance Quarterly, a leading American journal that brings together varied approaches to Renaissance scholarship, and the Renaissance Text Series. Members can access professional development webinars, teaching and digital scholarship resources, themed bibliographies, mentoring opportunities, and online programs. The organization also offers fellowships, grants, awards, and scholarships, including support for students and high school teachers. Membership benefits include journal access, conference participation, discounted subscriptions, and book-publisher discounts. Through its newsletter, news coverage, and calls for papers and applications, the RSA shares research opportunities and developments with members and others interested in the field.
