## Description

MyCase is a crucial service associated with the US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP), specifically operated by the Church World Service (CWS) in Africa. This program plays a vital role in processing refugee resettlement cases worldwide, ensuring individuals and families seeking refuge receive the support they need. MyCase provides a user-friendly platform for applicants to check the status of their cases and stay informed about upcoming interviews or appointments. With a high volume of inquiries, RSC Africa emphasizes the importance of communication, encouraging applicants to update their case information as necessary. Transparency is prioritized, as the program operates free of charge, and any fraudulent activities should be reported to ensure the integrity of the process. With a dedicated team working under a cooperative agreement with the US Department of State, MyCase is committed to assisting refugees throughout their resettlement journey, fostering a safe and supportive environment for those in need.
