## Description

RSM Foundation is a teen-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2016 to inspire a love of mathematics in every student and help young people realize their potential. Its programs support students across a range of abilities, from those who find math challenging to those eager to advance, and connect younger learners with positive high school role models. The foundation offers free, teen-led mentorship for students in grades 2–5 through Infinity Squad, while its high school volunteers gain opportunities to build leadership skills and serve their communities. Additional initiatives include the Teen Leadership Board and the International Math Competition, a competition based on international curricula that serves students through registration-based events. RSM Foundation also shares stories from students, families, mentors, and educators to highlight participants’ experiences and the impact of its work. Programs are currently listed in Massachusetts and Texas, and the organization invites communities to start a program where one is not yet available.
