## Description

Ruapuke Motor Camp is a relaxed, dog-friendly campground located 28 kilometres south of Raglan, New Zealand, in a quiet valley behind the popular northern end of Ruapuke Surf Beach. Guests can reach the beach with a 15-minute walk over the hill. Set across park-like grounds with a freshwater stream, the camp offers four cabins, tent sites, and eight powered sites for caravans and vans. Its peaceful setting provides an opportunity to enjoy a traditional camping experience close to the coast.

Facilities include a communal kitchen with fridges, freezers, stoves, a kettle, and a toaster; separate men’s and women’s toilets and showers; two washing machines; and two barbecues for campers. Cooking utensils are not provided, and there is no on-site store, with the nearest shops in Raglan. Wi-Fi is available for a daily fee, though there is no mobile reception. Dogs are welcome on leads in the campground but are not permitted in cabins. Visitors can book online or pay cash on arrival.
