Its central project is a new boathouse for the Schüler-Ruder-Club (SRC), associated with Friedrich-Ebert-Gymnasium, and the Gymnasial-Ruder-Club (GRC), associated with Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Gymnasium. The project aims to provide long-term accommodation for young rowers and their boats, while supporting training and future generations of students.
