## Description

Rudy’s Pizza is a pizzeria brand focused on serving authentic Neapolitan pizza, guided by the standards of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN). Its pizzas are made with dough prepared fresh each day using 00 Caputo flour and fermented for more than 24 hours. Ingredients, including Fior di Latte and San Marzano tomatoes, are sourced directly from Naples. Pizzas are baked for around 60 seconds in traditional Neapolitan ovens handmade by Stefano Ferrara, producing a soft, light base with an airy, raised crust.

Rudy’s offers dine-in meals at its pizzerias, with menus, seasonal specials and options for booking tables and group parties. Its pizzaioli introduce new specials every eight weeks, including vegetarian creations and collaborations with pizza makers from around the world. Customers can also order for delivery or Click + Collect, and prepare Rudy’s pizza at home through its bake-at-home range. Other offerings include pizza masterclasses, gift cards and experiences, merchandise, and newsletter updates. The brand also shares food, drink and event stories through The Daily Crust.
