## Description

Rue Pouchkine is a gallery and online boutique dedicated to sharing the culture, craftsmanship and artistic talent of Russia with audiences in France and across Europe. Founded by Pascale Bastianelli, whose connection with Russia began with her first visit in 1971, the brand draws on decades of travel, collecting and relationships with Russian artists. Its shop offers distinctive works and gifts, including matryoshka dolls, hand-painted eggs, Russian Father Christmas figures, icons and other artworks. Pieces are selected for their originality and are sculpted, painted and lacquered by hand; Rue Pouchkine emphasizes authentic, individually crafted work rather than mass-produced items. The brand also designs and stages tailor-made exhibitions that bring Russian history, traditions and artists to life in different venues. More than two million people have visited its exhibitions. Alongside the shop and exhibitions, Rue Pouchkine shares cultural stories through articles and newsletters, and offers Ma Russie, a perpetual diary written by Bastianelli about her memories, encounters and experiences of Russia.
