Boerderij Ruimzicht is a beautiful farm located in Oldelamer, offering a range of services and accommodations. This unique establishment is home to individuals with intellectual disabilities and provides a supportive living environment. Additionally, Boerderij Ruimzicht offers day care services and operates a Bed & Breakfast for guests.

Since 2012, the farm has also been renting newly built apartments with private facilities such as showers, toilets, kitchens, and balconies. The residents gather in the spacious communal kitchen, fostering a sense of community. The farm is surrounded by trees, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, and the extensive grounds offer various opportunities for recreational activities.

Boerderij Ruimzicht is committed to helping individuals with their personal care, decision-making, work, education, and social life, ensuring that they have a fulfilling and enjoyable daily routine. The farm operates 24/7 and is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of living, housing, and employment for its residents. The cost of accommodation, meals, and leisure activities is the responsibility of the residents, who receive professional support through a Personal Budget (PGB) funding system.

Boerderij Ruimzicht also offers a separate section for loggers, including families, with or without disabilities, and provides additional support for guests with disabilities. This project is led by the Zorg en Begeleiding op Ruimzicht Foundation, with active involvement from Auke and Tryntsje Kroondijk, a brother and sister duo. The foundation also includes a Board of Advisors and a Residents' Meeting.
