Amdavad Distance Runners (ADR) is a running community based in Ahmedabad, focused on promoting long-distance running across Gujarat and encouraging healthier, more active lifestyles. Its mission connects running with efforts to help members address lifestyle-related health concerns, including obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and mental health challenges, while inspiring the next generation to stay active.
