## Description

RunDot is a data-driven running training brand that helps runners prepare for goals ranging from a first 5K to a marathon, half marathon, ultra, or Boston qualification. Its app creates personalized daily workouts using each runner’s training history, current fitness, goals, schedule, and responses to exercise. Rather than relying on a fixed template, RunDot adjusts training intensity, volume, and recovery as the runner progresses, including when a workout is missed.

The platform tracks performance across changing conditions such as temperature, humidity, and elevation, helping users assess progress beyond favorable-weather personal records. Workouts include pace, distance, and interval targets and can be sent to compatible devices, including Garmin, Apple Watch, and COROS; runners can also use the phone app without a watch. RunDot provides an in-app assistant for questions and workout comparisons, alongside race resources and a running podcast. Its approach is informed by more than 20 years of athlete data and coaching experience.
