## Description

Run Happy is a running and running-therapy service based in Kampen, Overijssel, helping people get moving and enjoy running at their own pace. Led by a qualified running coach and running therapist, it offers supportive guidance in a welcoming, small-group setting, with enjoyment and gradual progress at the heart of its approach.

The ten-week beginner running clinic is designed for beginners and people returning to running. Participants build up step by step towards running for 30 minutes continuously, with training tailored to their level and a schedule to follow at home. The group setting provides encouragement and accountability without a focus on competition or performance.

Run Happy also offers twelve weeks of individual running therapy for people experiencing stress, burnout, low mood, or difficulty getting active. Support is paced to the individual, and the initial consultation is free. Some costs may be partly reimbursed by health insurers. Since 2019, more than 70 people have taken part in the clinic.
