## Description

Runners Rio Turia is a sports club founded in Valencia in June 2010 by two groups of friends who shared a passion for exercise and the belief that sport is best enjoyed together. Born beside the Turia River, the club welcomes people of different abilities and experience, from first-time runners to seasoned marathoners. Its community values health, personal progress, outdoor activity and enjoyment over star status or a single definition of success.

Running and athletics are central to the club, with activities spanning training sessions, popular races, half marathons and the challenge of completing a marathon. Members are also encouraged to cycle and swim, and the club presents its sporting offer as a way to build confidence, test personal limits and share goals with others. Whether someone is pursuing a time, training without a watch or simply taking a first step, Runners Rio Turia offers a supportive setting to get active. Its message is simple: believe you can begin, lace up and join the group.
