## Description

Running Dad is a dynamic coaching brand founded by Jeremy Sanders, a passionate dad, graphic designer, and competitive runner. The brand aims to support runners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, by providing personalized and flexible coaching plans that cater to individual goals. Through the Running Dad blog, Jeremy shares valuable insights on race reviews, workout tips, and essential gear, enriching the running community with his unique perspective as both an athlete and a parent.

In addition to coaching, Running Dad is deeply committed to philanthropy, donating $1 for every mile run to the University of Virginia Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This dedication has helped raise over $70,000 for neonatal care initiatives. With a focus on health and fitness, Running Dad encourages participants to challenge themselves while balancing family life and running ambitions. By fostering a supportive environment, Running Dad inspires athletes to push their boundaries and achieve their personal best. Whether you’re training for a marathon or pursuing fitness goals, Running Dad offers the resources and motivation to succeed.
