## Description

Run Strength Academy is a virtual endurance coaching brand led by Nick Savin, a certified coach, personal trainer, and lifelong athlete based in Chicago. It helps everyday athletes build fitness, confidence, and resilience through personalized running and strength training. Coaching is designed around each person’s goals, abilities, schedule, and changing circumstances, with support for adapting plans around injuries and family commitments.

The academy offers one-on-one running and strength coaching, along with structured programs for runners preparing for a first race, returning to competition, or pursuing a personal best. Its training options include a 14-week 5K guide, 12-week group training programs, an 18-week Chicago Marathon plan, and focused 5K and 10K programs. These combine progressive running workouts with strength work, pacing guidance, and practical race preparation.

Run Strength Academy’s coaching philosophy emphasizes celebrating small achievements and finding enjoyment in the process. Its goal is to help clients improve performance while making training a sustainable, rewarding part of life.
