## Description

Run the Parkway is an annual running and walking event presented through a partnership between the Sacramento Running Association and the American River Parkway Foundation. Scheduled for November 8, 2026, the event offers participants a 20-mile race, a half marathon, and an untimed nature walk along the American River Parkway. It is also the Official Training Run of the California International Marathon, connecting the event with Sacramento’s wider running community.
