## Description

Run The Race is an online running coaching brand led by Sydney-based coach and active competitor Wayne Calvert. With more than 20 podium finishes and a 2026 UTA100K age-category win, Wayne coaches runners from their first 5K through to marathon, trail and ultra distances, as well as HYROX. Its services are available to athletes in Australia and internationally.

Runners can choose from expert guidance through the Ask the Coach package or personalised coaching, which includes an individual training plan, ongoing workout analysis, regular video calls and race preparation support. Plans are delivered through the Final Surge app and can be accessed on a phone or watch. Coaching resources include more than 200 training plans, over 500 workouts with instructional videos, running-form analysis and a 10-week form programme. Athletes can also receive advice on race strategy, nutrition and fuelling.

Run The Race supports a wide range of goals, including improving personal bests, preparing for a first event, returning to running and training around a busy life.
