## Description

Run This is a race registration and management platform built for race directors, clubs, and event organizers. It supports events ranging from 5Ks to marathons, trail and ultrarunning races, charity runs, clubs, and race series. Directors can create and publish an event page, set distances and pricing, collect waivers and custom responses, manage capacity and waitlists, and accept donations. The platform is free for directors, with no setup or monthly fees or contracts; athletes pay a small service fee at checkout, while free events cost nothing for participants.

Run This works on the web and through iOS and Android apps. Directors can manage registrations, payments, rosters, and race-day operations from a phone, while volunteers use the Check In app for QR scanning and participant lookup. The Stopwatch app supports timing, waves, and heats, with results posted to Run This. Additional tools include course maps, participant communications, fundraising, race promotion, and series bundles. Runners can register, follow friends, receive event updates, and view results and finishes on their profiles.
