## Description

Ruth Becker is an artist creating dimensional, layered fine art that brings together color, light, and thoughtful craftsmanship. Her work includes Suspensions, a series of sculptural, wall-mounted compositions made from laser-cut, hand-painted plexiglass and wood, set above painted grounds and held on stainless steel pins. Designed to shift with the viewer’s perspective, these pieces explore light, presence, and perception through layered forms and subtle movement.

Becker’s broader collection features contemporary layered paper works, cut-outs, paintings, and graphic prints, as well as ketubahs that blend fine art with tradition. Customers can shop ready-to-order pieces and gifts or inquire about commissioning custom artwork. The Suspensions series offers an especially tactile approach, using shallow relief and changing relationships between figure and field to create an experience that extends beyond a fixed image.

Ruth Becker welcomes inquiries from collectors, curators, designers, and consultants about commissions, collaborations, and sourcing artwork for a space. Her website presents selected work and provides a way to connect, explore available pieces, and join the mailing list.
