Rwanda Village Community Promoters (RVCP) is a non-profit, youth-led organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of underprivileged people in village communities. Founded in 1998 by students from the University of Rwanda, RVCP's mission is to build the capacity of young people and engage them in creating a better living environment for the underprivileged.
