## Description

RZ GOALIE is a Czech hockey-goaltending training brand founded by Radim Žižka, drawing on his experience as a player and professional regional goaltending coach. Based in the Moravian-Silesian region, it offers individual sessions and year-round camps led by specialist coaches. Training is designed for small groups, with no more than 18 goalies at a session and typically three goalies working with one coach at each station.

The program develops technique both on and off the ice, including positioning, save selection, and the completion of game situations. Dry-land work and warm-ups build reaction speed, mobility, coordination, core strength, and movement, while compensatory exercises, recovery, and physiotherapy support healthy athletic habits. RZ GOALIE also provides mental and emotional coaching, life coaching, and video feedback; training sessions are recorded and shared with participants. Camps, training reservations, gift vouchers, and branded merchandise are among its offerings. The team includes goaltending, conditioning, skills, and physiotherapy specialists, as well as a mental and emotional coach, giving athletes support beyond on-ice instruction.
