Success 4 Kids & Families is a program of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay dedicated to helping children, youth, young adults, parents, and families address behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Serving Hillsborough County, the organization offers individualized support intended to strengthen families and help children remain connected to their homes, schools, and communities. Its services include case management, therapy, counseling, parenting support, and help navigating behavioral health resources.

Programs are tailored to different needs and stages of life. Healthy Minds provides coordinated specialty care for people aged 16 to 25 who have recently experienced psychosis, with therapy, medication management, peer support, and educational and vocational assistance. Healthy Transitions helps young people build independence through wellness activities and peer, education, and vocational support. Other offerings include family-based Multi-Systemic Therapy, support for parents experiencing mental illness, and culturally competent services in east and south Hillsborough County. Some programs are available only through referrals from partner agencies.
