## Description

Saddle is a contemporary restaurant in Madrid, awarded one Michelin star and two Repsol suns. Inspired by the legacy of Jockey, a landmark in Spanish cuisine, it brings classic recipes together with touches of nouvelle cuisine and modern techniques. Its approach centers on respect for seasonal ingredients, skilled preparation and attentive, traditional-style dining-room service. Guests can choose from an à la carte menu, with full or half portions, and create their own meal; menus change during the seasons, alongside additional dishes offered off-menu.

Located on two floors, Saddle combines a grand dining room with Saddle Bar and four private dining rooms. The bar offers reinterpreted classic cocktails, a changing seasonal drinks menu, an extensive selection of spirits, specialty coffees and teas. It is open for walk-in visits, with no reservation required. The private rooms host lunches, dinners, presentations and meetings, accommodating groups of one to 20 people. Saddle also offers group menus, gift vouchers and at-home experiences, bringing its hospitality beyond the restaurant.
