SAFE Horse Rescue, also known as Save a Forgotten Equine, is a reputable organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and retraining horses that have faced neglect or abuse. Their primary goal is to provide these horses with the best opportunity for a permanent home and a lifetime of safety. At SAFE Horse Rescue, they believe in offering a second chance to these majestic creatures. They have a diverse range of products and services to support their mission. They showcase their available horses for adoption, including both riding horses and companions. In addition, they offer sponsorship programs for those who wish to contribute to the care of a SAFE horse. The organization also focuses on community outreach, providing a variety of programs and resources to educate the public about responsible horse ownership and equine welfare. They offer guidance on best practices when selling a horse and how to report neglect or cruelty.
