# SAFWAA - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `safwaa.org` ## Description The South Australian Fresh Water Anglers Association (SAFWAA) is a family-oriented fishing club that welcomes people of all ages and abilities. Members can pursue their preferred legal fishing methods and enjoy access to numerous private dams north and south of Adelaide. These freshwater venues offer opportunities to catch cod, catfish, silver perch and callop, with the fish protected to help ensure continued enjoyment for members. SAFWAA promotes recreational angling in all its forms and works to increase public access to freshwater fishing locations across South Australia. Prospective members are welcome to attend a monthly meeting before joining. Meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month, except January, at the Western Youth Centre in Cowandilla. New members attend an intake meeting to collect a membership pack, and membership details and fees are available through the club. SAFWAA also provides an email contact for inquiries and shares club photos and a local weather forecast through its website. Smoking is not allowed on SAFWAA property. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Fishing _(under Sports)_ - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🎸 Camping Scouting and Outdoors _(under Hobbies and Leisure)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id9lgnl4cY/w/245/h/80/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791199778732) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Supernova | #ffc20f | accent | | Fern Frond | #42611e | dark | | Porsche | #e6ae63 | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
