**Brand Description: Sagamihara Noryo Fireworks Festival**

Established in 1951, the Sagamihara Noryo Fireworks Festival began as a celebration of recovery in the scenic town of Tanagawa, renowned for its culture and scenic river. Today, it stands as a beloved summer highlight for the community of Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Held annually in late August near the Takadabashi area along the Sagami River, the festival showcases an impressive display of approximately 8,000 to 10,000 fireworks that illuminate the night sky, drawing thousands of spectators.

The event features a vibrant atmosphere with numerous food stalls offering local delights, transforming the riverside into a lively festival ground. Historically rooted in the Tanagawa Fireworks Festival, it has evolved into one of the largest fireworks spectacles in the region, famous for its proximity to the launching site, ensuring a breathtaking experience for attendees. Despite challenges from natural disasters and recent pandemic restrictions, the festival continues to adapt and flourish, celebrating its rich legacy while embracing community resilience.
