## Description

Sailing Regatta is a mobile app that lets sailors create and take part in virtual regattas on their own schedule, wherever they sail. Users can set up personalized sailor profiles and multiple boat profiles, then find nearby challenges through map-based or text search. Challenges may be cruising routes, training exercises, or official regatta circuits, and organizers can design courses with start and finish lines and waypoints.

During a challenge, sailors can follow control points, track their route, speed and distance, and compare their choices with traces from other participants. The app also provides rankings, messaging, and options to share results or add comments about completed or abandoned regattas.

A free version supports profile setup, challenge discovery, and viewing rankings. The paid Racer subscription adds participation, unlimited challenges, regatta creation and management, messaging, and other features. Sailing Regatta also offers subscription packages for sailing clubs. The app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
