Housed in a historic property on Rockland harbor, which once served as the home of the renowned Snow Shipyard, the museum offers a rich insight into Rockland's shipbuilding heritage. At the Sail Power and Steam Museum, visitors can explore our virtual tours, experience our fascinating exhibits, and even embark on boat tours showcasing iconic vessels like the Friendship Sloop and Persistence Schooner.
