## Description

Salazar Resources Ltd. Their strategy is to discover, de-risk, and define commercial deposits, with a focus on making Ecuador's next commercial copper-gold discovery. Currently, the company is advancing three grassroots exploration projects in Ecuador: Los Santos, El Potro, and Macara Mina. These projects provide multiple value catalysts and potential for significant growth and value creation. Salazar Resources aims to advance projects through exploration before finding a partner for non-core projects. They will retain one project on a 100% basis to drive wholly-owned growth and value creation. This approach allows them to maintain exposure to future development and production upside with minimal dilution on the rest of the portfolio. The company's commitment to ensuring a positive impact on Ecuadorian communities and the economy is core to all their activities. They have a dedicated team of professionals, including the Board of Directors and management, who oversee the strategic direction of the company. Salazar Resources offers a range of products and services, including exploration and development of mineral projects, as well as community engagement and environmental stewardship. Their goal is to create value for their investors while contributing to the sustainable development of Ecuador's mineral resources.
