## Description

Salinas is an award-winning Spanish restaurant and cocktail bar in West Chelsea, New York City, founded in 2011 by Nicolas Matar, Mary Catherine Mikula, and Donald Mikula. Its mission is to bring the flavors and spirit of Spain to the city through traditional and inventive tapas. Chef Luis Bollo, originally from San Sebastián in the Basque Country, has led the kitchen since opening, drawing on experience in Michelin-starred restaurants to create dishes that combine regional inspiration with refined technique.

The menu features classic small plates and contemporary Spanish creations, including guest favorites Langostinos al Ajillo and Pa Amb Oli. Salinas also serves cocktails and offers wine guidance from its attentive staff. Its Balearic Islands-inspired interior includes a lounge, main dining room, and garden room with a retractable roof and stone fireplace, creating a distinctive setting for dinner, date nights, and celebrations. The restaurant offers reservations, group dining, private events, gift cards, and delivery and pickup.
