## Description

Discover the art of Italian cured meats at Salumi Chicago, a brand founded by Master Salumiere Greg Laketek. Greg's journey began when he left his day job and traveled to Italy to train under the best salumiere in the world. After years of perfecting his craft, he returned home to create masterful meats using quality spices and curing methods rooted in the old world tradition.

At Salumi Chicago, we believe that meat is more than just food—it's an art. Our products are meticulously crafted using heritage pork, trapani Sicilian sea salt, telicherry black pepper, and the finest Italian wines. Unlike traditional products, we avoid additional sugars and nitrates, resulting in truly amazing products that our customers love and rave about.

In addition to our exceptional salami, we also offer a range of other gourmet Italian meats, including cured duck breast, 'nduja, soppressata, finocchiona, and black truffle salami. Each product embodies the essence of Italian culinary excellence.

Join us on a culinary journey to the heart of Italy with Salumi Chicago. Experience the taste of authentic Italian cured meats unlike any other.
