From a Shabbos meal to a bris celebration or a shiva gathering, Sam & Gertie's offers a range of rich and satisfying foods that capture the essence of Jewish cuisine. For the owners of Sam & Gertie's, preserving their family's heritage is of utmost significance. They honor their Jewish roots and the recipes passed down through generations by recreating traditional dishes. Additionally, their decision to go vegan aligns with their belief in caring for animals and the earth, following the guidance provided by the Torah. Sam & Gertie's strives to be a haven of goodness and decency, just as their beloved Rabbis Zentman and Barris as well as Sam & Gertie themselves taught them. You can find Sam & Gertie's located at 1309 W. Wilson Avenue in Uptown Chicago. Doors open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 3 PM or until the bagels run out! Visit their deli and experience the flavors of vegan Jewish cuisine that pay homage to history and culinary craftsmanship. ## Industries - 🍔 Food and Drink - 🍔 Vegetarian and Vegan _(under Food and Drink)_ - 🍔 Restaurants and Delivery _(under Food and Drink)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/samandgerties) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/samandgerties) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idJynngeuK/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1726289932380) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idJynngeuK/w/800/h/800/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1726289932502) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Potters Clay | #835730 | accent | | Walnut | #72421a | dark | | Anakiwa | #a7cdfe | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
